how to fix "the package was not signed correctly" on android tablets and some phones ?

Hi, 

my game is working fine on some devices like galaxy s4,note 3, s3 and more!

but in tablets and some devices the users get this message:

the package was not signed correctly. it can’t be installed !!

the game is landscape

why there’s no answers ? the last portrait game I released is fine, why this is happening in landscape ?

Where are you seeing these messages?

Are there other errors in your console log that might point to a clue?

Hi rob, there’s no errors, everything works greatly, and the game works fine on phone except android 2.3.6, and android tablets.

I get that message when I try to download from google play store, besides the can’t be installed manually because of this issue.

I had a game puplished with no errors, and I think the error off this game is from landscape, because the first was portrait.
