How to get the "app store" country

When I get view data from the app stores direct or through a tool like App Annie, everything is broken down by country (d/loads, purchases, etc). How can I get the “app store country” inside my app? Locale isn’t going to cut it, as it’s configurable on the device.

Any word on this? Is it possible @RobMiracle ?

What about their currency? At the moment the app store will tell me localised prices, but the object doesn’t seem to include any indication of currency (for iOS at least)?
