Hello guys,
i am having a weird problem where I cannot see the transfer the button? I am the one who started both dev accounts so I should be able to see the transfer button? (i.e.: I should be the team agent) The crazy part is that I am sure I was able to see the transfer button few months ago but then I was trying to setup my new Macboook air so i can build/release from it as well (in addition to the Mac mini that I still have)
I can also see that I have 4 accounts (2 with similar dates and 2 others with different dates) but I cannot seem to be able to delete any of them. I see those accounts on the Xcode/team. Not sure why I have 4 people (same name…mine) in Xcode since I am a team of one:)
Anyway, I am wondering why it look like I am not consider the team agent? According to Apple, only team agent can see that “transfer button” on iTunes. I am wondering if for what ever reason I am not considered an admin/legal (since i can see my bank info for instance) but I am not seen as a team agent. Of course I sent an email to Apple but still wait for an answer…
Anybody run into a similar situation?
