How to playback two or more animations back to back?

Hi,

I know how to play an animation, add a “sprite” even listener to it and after it finishes start another animation but if I do this, it will always work like I just described. But in my game there are situations that the second animation that I have to play will be different based on several things.

So imagine that I have three animations, A, B and C. There are times that I want to play A and then B and times that I need to play A and then C.

Good thing is I know beforehand which sequence of animation I need to play before playing first animation.

I thought of making two sequences which consists of A+B and A+C animations but I thought there is probably a better way to do it.

Thanks.

Hi Aidin,

I think sequences are probably the best option for this, especially since your sequences are pre-defined, not variable. Ultimately, sequences are “cheap” (just a standard table of numbers), so this would be my recommendation.
