How to post image on forum?

A newbie question from a oldie - How do I post an image directly to a forum post? It looks like I can via “My Media” but how do I post an image to My Media?

  1. Click the ‘more reply options’ button below right.

2. Then you’ll see this:

This allows you to attach a number of file types, INCLUDING images which will then be displayed.
