How to re-arrange the screenshots on iTunes connect?

Hello guys,

I am getting to release my first IOS app (WOA!!) but for some reason I cannot seems to be able to move images around so to select my FIRST screenshot among the 4 i have there? I can grab the image but if I move it to the location I want (first) it just snap back to its orginal location. I do not really think I am grabbing anything. I think it is just the web browser showing I am moving an image.

I am wondering if the problem comes from that I am using my laptop and Chrome rather than Safari and a Mac?

Any suggestions will be very welcome!

yeah, it’s also very slow in europe. guess it’s because everyone makes their changes right before the holidays-downtime 21.-28. dec …

and I don’t know why you can’t change the arrangement of the screenshots. doesn’t work for me either. do you need to upload a new version to be able to change that…? that’d be new to me but maybe that’s the case…

Just gone into iTunes connect using Chrome on a Mac and I can drag and drop screenshots around, no problem.

Thanks guys! Yea, it maybe because I am on a PC laptop with a very bad internet connection (no so good the day of app release but I am traveling without my Mac mini access) It sucks because the first screenshot is not the one I want. Oh well…

I was able to re-arrange the screenshots one or two times but there are something fishy with ITunes connect or my settings since it does not work most of the time.
