Can anyone remind me how to renew my iOS Team Provisioning Profile, please? When I renewed my Apple developer license all my profiles appear to have been invalidated.

You basically have to go into each profile, edit it and save it and then redownload it.
This is the answer I was looking for. The profile managed by XCode cannot be refreshed manually.
