I have the same old annoying gif avatar…LOL

Guess it will be updated when the forum server refresh by reload and empty the tmp files

Hi friends check for the requirement to upload ie…, how much size is your image. Once uploaded logout and login and check for image.

Is it working now?   No doesn’t seem to be.   Uploaded a 175*175 211kb image and can see it on my account details but not showing up here on the forum :frowning:

Hi @dweezil,

Sometimes it takes a number of hours for this change to take effect. If it doesn’t update in a day or so, please bump this post and I’ll try to figure out why it’s not working.

Bumping this issue as well.

It’s been months and my avatar in these forums have not changed to the new one I uploaded in my profile.

I’ve tried deleting it, waiting a few days, and then uploading the new one again… but the avatar in these forums remain the old one.

However, any comments I make to a blog post will use the new one. It’s only here in the forums that the old avatar remains.
