How to setup app URL before submitting to the AMAZON store?

Hello guys,

I have now the same question I had with Google Play (I should have probably just added to that thread but I prefer to start a new thread so the next guy searching for this will find the answer more easily)

Anyway,I am ready to upload a game to Amazon but I  just figure out that I am using sharing (via email) and I do not know my URL for the future game on Amazon store! The last game I uploaded had still the IOS URL links! Not sure how amazon accepted that:) 

I would love to know how to structure that URL in my email text so people who receive the email can just click on the link and get sent to the app on the Amazon store. I can see that Amazon gives you an app ID but to format the URL?
