How to start testing sample code

Hi guys,
Total newb on IAP here, so I’m trying to test the inAppPurchase sample from Corona and follow the step by step instructions.
I was wondering about few things :

  1. Should I just create a new appID? I already have one (and prov profile)

  2. In itunes connect can just add a “test” new app instead of what’s gonna be my real app’s info?, just fill in random infos to get the process going so that I can test the code. It requested so much infos, including all these icons n screenshots that I haven’t prepared yet.

  3. All tutorials say I need to enter my tax/bank info. I go to itunes connect to manage my contract and all I see is the Master contract is just for free and I see no link to update my tax/bank infos. There’s a link to request a contract for paid app though.
    Which one to use/choose?

Reason I’m asking is that, I don’t want any trouble with my developer ID n hopefully can enter the IAP in my app soon
