How to test posting on Facebook?

I just want to know if I can test Facebook posts before publishing to App Store,

but developers.facebook.com won’t let me add the iOS platform (screen shot attached) because the App isn’t published yet.  

So I have to finish the app before testing it?

You just need to enter the package name, you don’t need to enter the App Store ID’s to get it working. Just add them in when the apps live and they can be resolved.
