How to upgrade to Pro for only $150 more ?!

Hi,Guys.

Now I’m INDIE License for iOS Developer.
My first app “drops one”(simple designed game) launched iTunes 11/8,
and 1,299 DLs for first Day!!

So I want to buy Pro License upgrade for only $150 more.
But I push dawn upgrade button but I’m required for $349.

Is it cashed back later? or something problem??
I have to pay $349?!

I want release for Android tomorrow !
