I had a MacBook Air and Mac.

I crashed a MAC and bought a new one.
I can not deauthorize the old one as it do not work at all.

How can I do?

Is there any way I can initialize authentication?

My English is not very good.

Go to:

http://developer.anscamobile.com/forms/support

Fill out the form asking to get your account reset. The team has to manually process it so it may have to wait until office hours.

I’ve just deauthorized you. It is still better to use the form as Rob mentioned above as we wont always see requests in the forum, however this time you got lucky :wink:
