I don't develop for Android anymore

In the last two days three applications have been suspending due “Impersonations”. They don’t specify which words or images are causing problems, when you appeal neither. They suspended what they want.My account has been suspended and I still dont know why…

They don’t specify which is the problem of give the oportunity to fix it…

Bye Google Play

You should be able to determine on your own why your app was suspended. Look at your apps closely and figure it out. Did you violate intellectual property…(use a company’s logo that isn’t your own, for example)?

They are never going to tell you why, but if you can figure it out and make a case for yourself, apologize and promise never to do it again, you might get reinstated.

In one of them i used the words middle earth in the description…I think it is not enough…

I didn’t use any logo or mark name.

There are a lot of people suffering the same…And the problem is they dont specify the problem or give the oppotunity to fix it…It sucks as a developer.

Apple doesnt allow you to update until you fix it: THIS IS THE WAY TO MAKE THE THINGS RIGHT

I’m not a lawyer, this is just my opinion as a developer.

I think that using “Middle-Earth” probably would be enough to violate IP. I’d be extremely surprised if that wasn’t trademarked somehow. If your app was a science app and “middle earth” referred to the Earth’s core or something then you might be ok, but if you are referring to a fictional land (or specifically the LotR Middle-Earth) then probably not.
