I would recommend reading through the Marketplace forum. If you’re looking for developers that’s a great place to ask for people and at least one Artist and one Music person have offered their services for free to get a portfolio going for them. Other artists and such offer their services there as well. It’s the best place to find collaboration.
It would also help for to be more specific on what type of partner’s you’re looking for.
