Hi

Take a typical word puzzle like this - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icemochi.wordsearch

Here you select the right combination of words. All I am looking for is a template that includes a question, then you only need to select the right answers. Depending on the question, answers may be more than one.

Anyone have clue on if there is such template?

There are several developers that sell templates for corona apps. Doing some searching on google should find most of them.

It sounds like you’re looking for a quiz type template. Here is one example:
