I need Oracle subscription to download the appropriate JDK?

It tells me to download Java SE Development Kit 7u72 for windows 86x. But Oracle asks me to sign in.

I dont know if that means i need a free Oracle account, or a paid Oracle account. The installation page

is pretty vague about this.

Looks like they require a free account. They used to not require a login.
