Is it possible to show the 320x50 banner in landscape ?
Our new game is designed to run in landscape and have a 320x50 banner in the right-bottom corner.

No, I don’t believe that’s possible. iAds banners always span the full width of the screen. See Apple’s documentation here: http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/userexperience/conceptual/iAd_Guide/BannerAdvertisements/BannerAdvertisements.html
