When I put my application created with Corona Simulator into iTunes, I do not see proper Icon for application.

That is correct. You will not see the standard icon until it is published officially by the app store. The reason iTunes does that is so you can identify “developer” apps vs “shipping apps”. If you put the app on the iPhone and the icon shows up, all is ok.

Just copy the app icon and rename it “iTunesArtwork”
Without extension.
You will see your icon into iTunes during the develop time.
