Not a code request, just looking for some ideas.
I am planning on making an app to promote local businesses in my area and want users to sign in to receive messages on specials and happy hours and allow restaurant owners to send out “blasts” (notifications) to customers. So, what I am asking is:
Where can I get my hands on a database?
How can I “attach” it to my Lua code?
Will I need MySQL assistance with this? (I don’t know MySQL)
Will I need any other coding language assistance?
Any answers would be great.
