Hey All,

I am excited to announce the release of my latest iOS component template, “Karma Points”!

The “Karma Points” IAP system provides you with a “Pay what you want” system for your game; enabling users to purchase “Karma Points”, essentially donating to the developer via IAP.

The code could easily be used to allow players to purchase in game currency (such as the IAP coin system seen in “Jetpack Joyride”). Karma Points are automatically saved/loaded by the game.

Does this template include a solution for keeping track of IAP purchases for consumables? These would need to be stored in some kind of remote DB with a unique UID. [import]uid: 49670 topic_id: 25471 reply_id: 102937[/import]

Hey Randy,

The “Karma Points” template does not have an offsite connection with a DB. Basically, users can purchase Karma Points with the template, which are then saved locally on that device.
