Inconsistency in safe area values for iPhone X (Corona Simulator and Xcode Simulator)

Trying to port our games for iPhone X (and as have no actual device check only in simulator) and they look different in Corona Simulator and Xcode Simulator due to different values returned by these functions:

display.safeActualContentHeight

in Portrait mode:

Tested on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6, Corona 3168, XCode 9.1 (9B55)
