from their faq:

What is InMobi’s payment Cycle?

  • InMobi follows a 60 day payment cycle. Ex earnings from Jan are released end of March

from my experience:

  • they pay at the end of the month. So first payment you will receive should arrive roughly after 90days. I never have any problem with inmobi payments, be calm. [import]uid: 11686 topic_id: 23886 reply_id: 96292[/import]

@539510 As Deniz says, Inmobi is a company that pays developers. If it has been past the alloted amount of time, per their terms of service, send me an email (david AT anscamobile) and I will ask someone there about status. But rest assure that they are a legitimate company that is not looking to cheat individual developers out of their money.

Thanks,

I’m sure Inmobi is a fraudulent company.

We have been a publisher for them for 3 months and generated millions of ads impressions. Then they blocked our account for violating terms and conditions, and when we request for reasons they simply dont reply to our ticket.

Well, why and how would we violate their TOS since we use them with Admob meditation and still complies with other network rules?

Inmobi is a dishonest ad network and should be avoided by publishers.

Lots of other publishers have reported about their fraud. For more details please look at this thread http://coding-talk.com/f60/inmobi-blocked-me-anyone-have-the-same-experience-16680/. [import]uid: 181802 topic_id: 23886 reply_id: 125528[/import]

I am working with inmobi for about 8 months, got about 100,000,000 impressions and several pay checks without any delay or other issues. I always got helpful and responsive feedback from their support staff. As you know, i am developing an ad mediation module, so i contacted several of their support personnels both as a developer and publisher. They are one of the biggest mobile publishers out there.

I am sure you can find a way to negotiate on your issues. Ansca may also help you to resolve those conflicts. Just ask them.

good luck.

ps: you already published some apps and you are still a “testdriver”? Creating a forum account just to sue a company is not a good way to resolve any problems.

Hi Deniz,

Maybe you are a large publisher so that they do not want to mess up with you. But for small/medium publishers like us, they simple ignore us for account closure matter.

We have worked with them for 3 months and has got more than 1,000,000 impressions; we’re not still a “testdriver”. (We’re not using Corona sdk at the moment, just coming to this forum since we found this topic about Inmobi).

At first we also trust Inmobi because they seems to be a big ad network out there and their system looks professional. I agree that before our account closure, they appear to be responsive in resolving our technical questions.

But then suddenly we receive an account termination email, no warning, no explanation, nothing. We have tried to contact them, file several tickets and even ring them on Skype but they simply ignore everything.

That’s why we have no choice but posting on some Internet boards to let other publishers be aware of them.

P.S.: From their facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/inmobi) I saw a post of publisher O2Cinemas saying it also got Inmobi account closed and more than 21k pending earnings suspended, despite they got more than 200 million ad requests a month. Maybe you also need to be careful with them too. Before our account got terminated, we also put a lot of trust in them. But now after seeing how they ignore us, the trust has completely gone away.

Best,
