Inneractive adverts work on wifi but not on mobile internet network...

Well its good to know some adverts are getting through! [import]uid: 102413 topic_id: 22779 reply_id: 92883[/import]

I have the same problem. No 3G ads but wifi works fine. I only found out when a friend showed me my app on his phone and I was surprised he didn’t have any ads displayed. :frowning:

In UK too if that matters.

Is anyone else more than a bit frustrated about this? It’s been going on for about a month, and there has been no mention from Inneractive regarding what the issue is or if there is a fix/workaround.

I thought at the very least there would be an offical statement made in this forum. [import]uid: 114363 topic_id: 22779 reply_id: 96652[/import]

sad, but probably do not have anyone to do with it. :frowning: [import]uid: 127791 topic_id: 22779 reply_id: 98373[/import]

Agree. For me (and it seems i’m not alone), Inneractive simply doesn’t work on mobile internet network… Is Ansca aware about that ? [import]uid: 104691 topic_id: 22779 reply_id: 100171[/import]

Once I get the latest non-ad version of my app on all the markets, I plan on removing Inneractive from my ad-supported versions. I need to find another service… any suggestions?

Originally, I was really supportive of Inneractive. Orly helped me a great deal when I first started setting up everything, but for the past 6 weeks or so, I get no ads over the cellular network at all. I made only $1.10 or so over the past 2 months strictly from wifi ads, which is not breaking the bank either.

I think what is most disapointing is that this is the Innerative support forum, and there has been no post made about this issue (or anything, matter of fact) from them… they simply seemed to disappear. I would even be willing to accept a message stating “we are aware, but have no idea when this will be fixed” message over absolute silence.
