I have a live device – Droid X.
I don’t see any ads.
I have added such for android permissions …

Can you please let me know from which country you receive the traffic? In some countries our fill rate is low as there aren’t many ads to present for this country. It shouldn’t be like this if most of your traffic is coming from Europe or US.
If most of your traffic is coming from US and Europe - please send me request and respond of your app.
Please send this issue to me via email orly@inner-active.com so I will be able to check your dashboard as well.
