Install an app dev version using iTunes

Hi

Here is my problem / question :

I’ve got an app on the App Store, let’s call it myApp.

The version of  myApp is 1.0.

I’ve finished to develop  myApp  version 2.0

I would like to test  myApp  version 2.0 on a device which has already the  myApp  version 1.0 installed on it.

I found this on Apple site:

Recommended Testing Procedure

Install an ad hoc distribution of an archived build of the update using iTunes on a device that already has the old version of the app installed.

Warning: Do not use Xcode to install or run updates to your app for quality assurance testing.

So I can’t use Xcode.

Let’s use iTunes instead!

My question is :

How do you install it USING iTUNES?
