Install Error Code 103

Hi,

I wonder if anyone else has had this issue…?

Since the last update to our app (about a month ago), I’ve had 4 separate Android users contact me saying they can’t install via Google Play and get the following message:

APP\_NAME can't be installed. Try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting.  (Error code -103)

The devices they have been using have been:

Nook HD+

Kurio10S

Samsung GT-P5110

Samsung 3 Lite, SM-T110

They’re running Android 4.2.2.

They’ve tried the troubleshooting tips Google suggest (clearing Play Store cache etc.) but no joy. I have tested on a Nook and a Samsung device amongst others and have no problems at all installing the app.

It’s only happening with one of our apps and only for the occasional person (thousands more installs have run fine in this time period). We’ve tried updating again to see if it was a problem with the particular version but it hasn’t made a difference.

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this error code?
