I need two versions of Corona (public release 1202 and the latest one) on the same computer.
Tried to install it (gave different install directoy) but got the error that a newer version is already installed.
Is it even possible ?

Well my suggestion its download virtualbox and make a virtual installation of windows. with that you can solve the prblem it isreally urgent its the best option. and its really easy to do.
Virtual box
Here its the link https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
and them you have to download windows iso or you have to have a windows dvd to make the installation
when you have the second windows download corona and install there.
for now its the only think i can suggest.
Good luck with that!.
I am running two versions of Corona on my Windows/Mac machines and did not have any problem installing them both.
Corona takes care of those different installs, you do not need to set it to a specific path
I am getting:
“Unable to install because a newer version of this product is already installed.”
Can someone from Corona please clarify this?
Did you try to install the “old” one first?
That did the trick.
But there was one additional step.
After installing the old one, I had to move it to another directory, otherwise it would disappear after installing the new one (although I had installed the new one to a different directory).
Hm, good to know for future installs Glad I could help!
