Intellij with corona sdk

Can anyone please provide me a step by step guide to work with  :

  • community edition of Intellij

  • Integration with corona sdk

  • Autocomplete feature is a must

I have heard that there is a way but tutorials out there are not very good in youtube

I am also trying out Visual studio code, but not finding enough information about autocomplete

So far I am using Atom with corona, but at times it is a bit problematic and crashes

I use Visual Studio Code. There is one plugin in the Code store called Corona Tools. I fellow corona users also created a snippets list. You can find it here: https://gist.github.com/mika76/18fc5bc2e0e46c44938dfe2292e30f49

I need a step by step guide…it is still not so clear to me…

After evaluating many different IDEs and editors, I’m still using this: https://github.com/pkulchenko/ZeroBraneStudio/

It’s open-source, built in Lua, and you can customize it if need to. Best Lua IDE imho and works well with Corona.

Installers are here: https://studio.zerobrane.com but do update from GitHub for the latest builds.

Hi Dave

I am curious how to change the white background in Zerobrane, I prefer having black in the background

Pick your favorite theme or customize one:

Thanks…figured it out…

Since the topic is integration with IntelliJ, was wondering if anyone got it to work with all the features like autocomplete
