Darn it! You guys need an email list so guys like me don’t miss things like this.

I get busy doing actual work (hey, it happens sometimes!) and go a few days between forum visits.

Any chance to watch this as a recorded version later on?

Thanks

Yes, Carlos is editing a recorded video and will upload it in 1-2 days. [import]uid: 7356 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 8476[/import]

Thanks a lot for the presentation so far!

Any update on the video recording? I’m really looking forward to this. [import]uid: 10553 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 8988[/import]

I too am inerested in a video/audio recording of the webinar.

Thanks,

Update on the video:

It is coming in at 340MB big, and when I slice it down to acceptable size, resolution just goes out the door. So am trying a different approach.

carlos [import]uid: 24 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9191[/import]

I don’t think that 340mb is too big. Unless hosting it would eat up too much Ansca bandwidth. Maybe you can make it a torrent? [import]uid: 10248 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9224[/import]

YouTube HD like your blogs? Love them. [import]uid: 10553 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9225[/import]

I think you may exceed the length for youtube videos… How about vimeo?

But sharing the video via torrent is a good idea, too…

Marco [import]uid: 9622 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9239[/import]

Completely spaced on the YouTube timelimit thing - although I think they have subscription programs that can go longer for professional use now? Not sure how long those can go.

As for Vimeo, I know based on personal prior experience that technically they forbid use for advertising commercial products - even on their paid subscriptions (although in reality -everybody- does it). [import]uid: 10553 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9246[/import]

Thanks, didn´t know about that vimeo-commercial-thing stuff. Good to know.

Macro [import]uid: 9622 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9249[/import]

How about torrenting it?
or stick it on a news group, or break it into a few parts for youtubing?

[import]uid: 9457 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9471[/import]

I reduced it to 150 mb…

Still trimming

c [import]uid: 24 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9728[/import]

Carlos, I’ve posted videos that are longer than 15 minutes to YouTube… I just do them in multiple parts and create a playlist in my YouTube channel. [import]uid: 9905 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 9771[/import]

The darn video is just way too big for editing right now and putting it up on youTube.

In the meantime, here is the link so you can view it.

– NEVERMIND A PWW is required and acrobat.com is moronic

Carlos [import]uid: 24 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 10135[/import]

That link requires a username and password… Should we have one? [import]uid: 10248 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 10139[/import]

acrobat.com is officially retarded. [import]uid: 24 topic_id: 2763 reply_id: 10143[/import]
