Hi,
i use Corona in my iPod 3g, but the software is in iOS 5.1.1 version and i can’t update to iOS 6 for using the last Corona version.
Can anyone help me please?
Apple is driving this change and their isn’t anything we at Corona Labs can do about it. At some point devices become too old to upgrade to later operating systems and Apple only supports going back two builds. Apple will officially be killing iOS 5 next week when they release iOS 8 formally. We had to cut the ties to iOS 5 early because of features that people needed like controlling orientation of the device better. We cannot go back. Once we start building with iOS 8 as the default, then all 5.x devices will be unable to use any new iOS built app.
