iOS SDK unsupported 10.1

This is a bother.

What version of what goes with which?

Can I build at this time?

Thank you.

It seems you can starting with daily build 2016.2982.

I have 2987. Just installed today.

Never mind.

It just worked this morning. I did not do anything special. I’m not I even restarted from yesterday.

I will continue.

Later daily builds are built against the iOS 10.1 SDK, where earlier versions were built against 10.0. You have to have a specific version of Xcode installed that matches the SDK in use. So if you’re using a build that’s built against the iOS 10.0 SDK, you have to use Xcode 8.0. If you’re using a daily build that’s using 10.1, then you have to use Xcode 8.1.

Apple may have updated Xcode on you.

Rob,

Thanks for the response. I realized what I did: I actually ran Xcode after installing it! It then installs a bunch of stuff.

So, the moral of the story…when you upgrade Xcode, run it.

P.S. Everyone, go vote.
