I’m want to publish my first app the IOS App store.

My app is already version 1.3 on Google Play… can I create a new IOS app in iTunes with version 1.3? Or does your first app have to be version 1.0 (I would like them to match since its one project for both Google and App Store). I created with version 1.3 but it reverted back to 1.0?

itunes allow u to specify our own version. They do not fix or force it to be 1.0
