iPad Game Video Creation?

Tried to do a search on this, as I’m sure someone has asked about this before, but came up with nothing.

I wanted to see what suggestions there were for creating a video of my iPad Game for youtube and the LaunchPad Showcase. Google search just turned up videos of making games, not making videos of games.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
