IPad issue

Im making my next kids app and recently was testing it with my kids on the new iPad. As they are moving their hands on the screen, They are causing the whole screen to move. I believe this must be an iPad iOS feature. Is threre any way to prevent this?

I reproduced this by putting all my fingers on the screen and moving them in different directions.

Thanks for this info as it will be nice to know if parents need support (and for my own kids). I guess I am wondering if there is a way to disable this within a specific app as well? [import]uid: 79834 topic_id: 24011 reply_id: 96778[/import]

You wont be able to disable this within an app I don’t believe - it’s kind of like notifications in iOS5 with the downward swipe, Apple wont let you disable it, only the user can in their phone settings.

Yep, had the same issue. Took me weeks to figure it out! LOL! Had to add the instructions to turn off multitasking gestures right on the Help screen, on the App Store, etc. to try to ensure peeps knew to turn it off!
