iPhone 4 Build Help

Getting Started Newbie Questions

Hi I created a game and it runs fine on Xcode Simulator,
Corona Simulator, and on Devices itself (iPod, iPhone4, iPad)
my Question is do I have to change the image sizes and resolution
for iPhone 4 even if its already running fine and the image looks good?
I notice for iPhone4 they will always do @2x.png images (2x size/resolution)
but in my case the game already looks good and runs fine on my iPhone4.
Please help as I`m looking to send my game soon to apple and hopefully
not get rejected for this :frowning:

You won’t get rejected for not having Retina graphics, but you may want to look into it because it looks better.

Corona uses a technique called “Dynamic Image Resolution” to swap in different versions of images on different devices:

I implemented Retina graphics in my game even though I couldn’t see first hand that I did it right (I have a 3Gs.) Last night I saw my game running on a Retina display for the first time and the graphics were perfect. Corona makes this stuff so easy!

Thanks Jhocking my game was sent on the 21st still no reply from apple
but it currently does not support retina since I did not know how to
implement it before I sent it and now I do so if approve ill do a update
asap to support it, And yea corona makes it so easy only few minutes
looking into it I learned it and thanks also to John Beebe for the 3 step
tutorial to make it even easier to understand retina.

Btw Jhocking is your game out yet? Let me know when is out or when I
