iPhone: Making a call possible?

Hi there,

I searched the forum and the web, but didn’t find anything about making a call with Corona.
In xCode, I may simply call an URL with tel://123456789, and the iPhone will open the call.
How is it done with Corona???

Maybe it’s hidden somewhere…
Saying this…
I accidently found out how to send E-Mails using the luasocket-lib…

Thanks in advance,

Jörg

Well, we don’t usually publish docs, figures no-one reads them  :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh, great. And quoting my favorite yellow guy: D’oh…
Have to go to sleep (it’s Friday, 0:45, here)
Why on earth didn’t I connect the dots between the xCode-Approach and the system.openURL( url ).

Anyway…

Thanks a lot for the hint, Carlos! Really appreciate the answer and your work!
My promise, I will actually READ the docs (after THINKING about the dots to connect). Next time.

Good night

Having trouble on android, does not seem do anything.

Simulator does nothing - OK.

Build to Dell Streak Android 2.1 and call does nothing either.

Not sure why…?

Any ideas.
