Is Coronium's MongoDB setup different than normal MongoDB?

Greetings,
I have been getting letters from Digital Ocean lately↓
A recent network security scan suggests your Droplet XXXX is running a MongoDB instance and that it may be unintentionally exposing data, or misconfigured to allow unauthorized access.

Then I followed the instructions and entered↓
telnet xxx.199.xxx.43 27107
But the result I receive is “telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused”.
It is completely different from the “connection is successful” stated in the letter.

Does this mean that Coronium’s MongoDB is different than a general MongoDB setup and therefore the letter need not be bothered?

Hope someone can enlighten me, thank you very much.
