Is it possible to move a web popup that is already open?

I wanted to know if it is possible to move the location of a web popup if it is already open without closing it and opening it in another location.

How about change the height and width of it if it is already open?

native.showWebPopup( 10, 10, 300, 300, "http://www.anscamobile.com", {urlRequest=listener} )

That is what I figured. Would be great if I could.

That flicker is a little annoying when first displaying the popup and loading the page. Wanted to load out of view then place it where I needed it.
