Since my game needs fast swipes, it can’t be emulated correctly with mouse or laptop touchpads. So is there anyway that I can connect my tablet/phone to Corona Simulator’s so it gets it’s input from this source rather than mouse?
I’m also interested if this can be done with a 3rd party tool.
I asked developer of Ultimote and he said that Ultimote doesn’t support touch events, have you done such thing with it?
What about rCorona, have you tried it? How much delay it has? Does it show the game on the device while testing? [import]uid: 206803 topic_id: 37174 reply_id: 145486[/import]
Touch events can’t be properly simulated because firing a touch or tap event won’t get passed down the display hierarchy like actual touch events. [import]uid: 8271 topic_id: 37174 reply_id: 145488[/import]
Thanks horacebury but on his iTunes page he said that it transmits accelerometer and compass data, you sure it sends touch events as well? [import]uid: 206803 topic_id: 37174 reply_id: 145503[/import]
