Is it possible to use libs like Box2D, OpenFeint, etc?

Hi folks,

please forgive me if this question was asked before. I can not find a search function for this forum.

What I would like to now if there is a way to use external libraries with the Corona SDK,
like OpenFeint, Box2D, Agon, Scoreloop or Chipmunk?
