Is Launchpad active and where is the data

I can’t make sense of what Launchpad is doing, if anything, and where I can access the data (if there is any).

This page:

 http://docs.coronalabs.com/daily/guide/basics/configSettings/index.html#analytics

indicates that Launchpad is active unless I specifically disable it:

But the link on that page to analytics () indicates that I need to include the Flurry plugin. So does that mean that Launchpad itself is not collecting anything?

There are also a lot of posts talking about going to developer.coronalabs.com/dashboard to see reports but that link doesn’t seem to do anything for me.

Totally confused.

Hi @henspace4,

We have actually removed LaunchPad in recent daily builds, so you should not attempt to utilize it going forth, and you can remove the inclusion of that line within “config.lua”.

Flurry continues to be active, as a plugin, and you may also consider the GameAnalytics plugin.

Take care,

Thanks. Does that mean that apps that previously had launchpad enabled will not actually collect any data now?

I’m not actually trying to collect data; I’m just trying to clarify what goes in my privacy statement.

Hi Steve,

Older apps still technically still “send” the data, but we just don’t collect it, so it’s a moot point.
