Is there a way to change the center of a filter

We are trying to use the bulge filter to create some animated effects. We would like to center the filter at a location other than the middle of the image. Is that possible? We’ve tried using anchorX and anchorY, but that dosen’t seem to shift where the effects are applied.

Hi Andrew,

At this point, unless the particular filter has an option to modify its “center” (i.e. radial wipe), then you can’t modify it. Unfortunately, bulge is not one of those with a “center” property, as shown on the Effects guide: http://docs.coronalabs.com/guide/graphics/effects.html
