Is there a way to find what my iTunes URL would be ?

Hi,

I have Twitter and Facebook share buttons on my title screen. In the post and tweet I want a URL to iTunes. Trouble is I don’t know my iTunes URL before submitting my app.

I thought of using a short URL service and then just change it once I know the proper URL. Trouble is I can’t find a short URL service that lets you change the long URL after it’s created.

The other way I could do it would be to point to a page on my website and then once my App is approved, do a redirect on that page to the iTunes URL.

Just wondering what others have done ?

Once you create your app in iTunes Connect and before you upload your binary, there should be a link in ITC that gives you the URL for what it will be.

Goto Manage Applications
Click on your App
Then right in the middle of the screen is a link “View in App Store”

even though the link won’t work now, it is the URL for your app upon release.

Create the app on itunesconnect (the description etc). You don’t need to submit the binary and send for review. Then at the top you’ll have a link to the itunes URL.
