Issue with App Showcase Submission Form.

Hey Staff,

There’s an issue with the App Showcase Submission form. If I upload any images, after the upload completes, all the other upload buttons on the page are disabled so I can’t upload any other images, like say screenshots.

I was playing around with this and somehow accidentally submitted my app twice to the showcase. Can someone please remove the instance without the screenshots (I was eventually able to add all the needed images by pressing preview after uploading each image). My app’s name is ZenFall.
