Issue with scrollBar in 2013.1047

Thanks for adding the scrollBar to the widgets 2.0 in 2013.1047.

I have noticed an issue with it though.

If you for instance start scrolling down and then scroll up (or vice versa) the scrollBar flips suddenly.

ie scroll down then scroll up, the bottom of the scroll bar jumps to where the top of the scrollBar was.
