We just wanted to make sure you were aware of some upcoming Game Jams!

Jan 20-22, 2017 - Global Game Jam - http://globalgamejam.org/

April 21-24, 2017 - Ludum Dare 38 - http://ludumdare.com/compo/

Start blocking out those weekends. We would love to see what our Corona development community can do. Corona SDK is such a great product for game jams since you see your results right away and can develop up to 10x faster than other engines.

We would love to see what you come up with!

I will be hosting a GGJ in Abilene, TX.  Contact me if you are interested in joining us!

We use Corona SDK for every GameJam in Galway, Ireland. They happen every 2 months. The last one I was at we had 10 hours to make a game. A co-worker and I created a fun little thing we plan on putting up on the iOS App Store (and Android). It’s called July 4, 1976.
