It is my understanding that with Jail Broken phones, they can get any app for free. I am not worried about that since I will make my app for free.
What I am worried about is the in-app purchases. Can they get those free too? If yes, anyway to determine if they have done that to stop them?
They can’t get IAP as it is processed via official Google/ Apple store.
However, someone can hack your game. But no one will bother on a free game that’s not worlds most popular 
You can use some coding when saving data to database / files for extra protection.
