jarsigner needed

Hi,

For android releases (google/nook color)
Do we need to go through jarsigner to get a signed apk, or is the apk ready for distribution by using the normal Corona Build process with a keystore/key alias created with keytool?

Also, is this necessary for a kindle fire release ?

I’ve never used jarsigner. The APK from Corona SDK has been sufficient for Amazon, Google and Barnes and Noble.
