Although it is written that I can run a job as fast as every 30 seconds, I suspect that your code sets minimum to 60 seconds, at least if I am to believe log timestamps.

Yeah the Jobs are not time-slice perfect, so it all depends on when the update falls. It’s not perfect for really precise execution.
EDIT: It’s really meant for maintenance stuff, so longer time settings are going to be better supported.
